Unlike traditional manufacturers, we positioned ourselves from the outset as 'specialists in vacuum-packed pocket spring mattresses', importing a full suite of state-of-the-art vacuum compression and roll-packing equipment specifically to serve cross-border e-commerce and export traders.

We overcame the challenge of compression and rebound in "pocket spring and foam composite" mattresses. This ensured that, even after enduring the compression of long-distance sea transport, the springs remained silent, independent and undistorted, thereby winning the trust of our first batch of overseas B2B clients.

With surging global demand from B2B, OEM/ODM and e-commerce sectors, the factory expanded. We implemented an integrated production line from automatic pocket spring machines to vacuum compression packaging, achieving a daily output of [1,500+] compressed and rolled mattresses.

Core materials were comprehensively upgraded. Not only did the company pass the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, but it also ensured that core fabrics and filling layers met the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 environmental standard.
